About the Role

This role places you at the heart of an enterprise-scale transformation program, embedded within a SAFe Agile environment. As Scrum Master, you’ll champion Agile values, lead key ceremonies, and support cross-functional teams to consistently deliver value and improve ways of working.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and stakeholders to keep the team aligned, focused, and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement and ensure clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments to delivery.
• Monitor team performance, track velocity, and guide incremental delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Promote collaboration across functions and ensure alignment with SAFe practices.
• Provide visibility through Agile reporting and metrics to support data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, team dynamics, and modern delivery practices.
• Skilled facilitator with the ability to influence and support cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in complex delivery environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (preferred) or similar tools such as Jira.

Highly Regarded

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile qualification.
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programs or in multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Comfortable using Agile metrics and dashboards to track team performance.
• Exposure to financial, revenue, or taxation systems is a plus.
